Well, after quite the hiatus, aaronbarkermusic.com is back online with the help of the ever incredible ainsworth studio. It’s pretty amazing to look at the last posts from over a year ago and see all that’s happened! Ronda and I have sold our house, given away our dog, sold everything we owned, moved from Tacoma, lived in Australia, South Africa for 3 months, Malaysia and Singapore for 3 weeks, had our first hot Christmas, celebrated Australia Day, done a DTS, bought our first foreign car…which is ironically an American car (1996 Ford Falcon!), fallen in love with the Indian Ocean, fallen in love with the nations, and come alive for Jesus…not a bad year!

I think we’re in for a wild 2010! I don’t expect it to be any less adventurous knowing our God!

All I know is that God has challenged us to never stop living on the edge, don’t ever settle, always believe for big things, don’t wait around for everything to just work itself out, but cling to Jesus and move with Him! The nations are crying out with desperate need for Jesus and we are called to take the power of the Gospel into these broken places and tell everyone who will listen. So do you want to join us…the nations are calling…they’re actually right outside your door…you may have to get on a plane to meet them, but you may have to walk next door. Just don’t miss the opportunity, and get ready…

In 2003 I wrote two songs to help our church learn the books of the Bible and also how Christ is portrayed in each book.  Click here to download these songs on iTunes!
