Months ago I was invited to come lead worship for SE regional YWAM conference in Talladega, Alabama. This event is happening this week and has been absolutely amazing. Over 300 missionaries are gathered here to wait on the Lord and trust for an increase in the mission field by 200,000 from America alone. We have been hearing teaching on faith, soul winning, kingdom culture, and more. We have had times of worship filled with passion that just won’t stop…and it is only 2 days in. Continue Reading

I am in a small town of 18,000 called Piratininga, in Sao Paulo State, Brazil. I would imagine that 99% of the people that read this have never heard of this place. It is a quaint little town that happens to be the home of the headquarters for one of the most influential worship music labels in modern worship…Vineyard Music. The leaders of this organization for Brazil live here. I’ve had a wonderful time getting to know one of their producers, Raphael Costa, a talented guitar player and producer with an amazing heart for the Lord. And over the last two weeks the Lord has been feeding me daily through a scripture from Colossians. Continue Reading

Our team has begun to see fulfillment of many of the hopes we had for our outreach in Cambodia. Just this past weekend we were able to lead 7 young people to a commitment to Christ! These young people have been so excited about their new life in Jesus and it has been wonderful to walk with them as they start this new journey. We arrived here in Battambang on July 14th and began teaching the following day. We wondered if this would be an effective means of sharing the Good News and we are now discovering that it is probably the most effective method of evangelism in this part of the world! Yesterday was such a wonderful day for our outreach team here in Bangkok! We spent most of the day as a team working in a community close to the YWAM Thailand base. We put on our construction hats in the morning and laid some concrete in a small section of the community while others passed out Gospel tracts and another group shared with a woman who is very open to the Gospel. This woman, Joy, a couple days ago as a Buddhist, prayed to our God to send some people to help fix her house. The next day we arrived to repair the siding of her home that sits above a sewage filled swamp. Continue Reading
